I hate being helpless and not in control in my dreams

Seriously, it's the worst fucking feeling in the world to wake up after a bad dream. Not to mention for the past week. It also seems that whenever I manage to find something that makes me happy, it gets taken away from me within a few days, so I'm in this endless struggle to find happiness, but I'm afraid that I'll never be able to fully grasp it. Fuck my life. I'll believe horoscopes when I see some proof goddamnit.
